Ингредиенты

For the starter:

свежие дрожжи 10 г
белая пшеничная мука 350 г
теплая вода 200 мл
сахар 1 щепотка

For the dough:

белая пшеничная мука 500 г
свежие дрожжи 15 г
теплая вода 400 мл
теплое молоко 50 мл
соль 2 ч. л.
оливковое масло 50 мл

Приготовление

  • Prepare the starter. In a bowl, quickly mix the flour, lukewarm water, yeast and sugar. Cover the bowl and store in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
  • Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water. Wait 5 minutes and stir in the yeast from the refrigerator. Add milk and gradually add flour. Knead for 10 min. Add the olive oil and salt towards the end.
  • Cover the bowl and allow the dough to rise for 2 hours in a warm place.
  • Form 4 oblong loaves from the dough and place them on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Allow it to rise for half an hour.
