For the dough:

Приготовление
- Prepare the starter. Sift the flour through a sieve. Crush the yeast and add the sugar. Pour in lukewarm water and lukewarm milk. Allow it to rise for about 5 minutes to activate the yeast.
- Once the yeast is activated, add salt and knead everything into a smooth dough. Add the olive oil towards the end. Cover with a cotton cloth and let rise in a warm place for at least 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough over the entire baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the sauce and other ingredients over the dough. Cover with salted tomato juice and sprinkle with oregano and cheese. Then add the pizza ham and the sliced mushrooms.
